Sales & Marketing Director

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the community’s product and services to represent the community effectively and accurately to referral sources and prospects by spending the majority of the workweek marketing and selling outside of the community. Identify, build and develop an effective network of community and professional sources for potential resident referrals and establish relationships that assure continuing opportunities for the community through spending the majority of the workweek out of the community engaged in these activities. Work with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to establish a creative marketing and advertising plan for the community, seek advertising resources, and coordinate public relations efforts. At the direction of the Executive Director, collaborate with the Senior Vice Presidents of Sales & Marketing to develop brochures, public service announcements and other promotional advertising for local and regional audiences. Perform other duties consistent with position as assigned by the Executive Director.
