We’re looking for a Sales-Driven Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth across products through Outbound Sales Marketing and Sales Innovation. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and execute outbound sales marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion • Build 1:1 and segmented campaign strategies for existing and prospective customers • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Segment, Channel, and Finance teams to align on strategy and execution • Optimize outbound campaigns through continuous testing and iteration to improve engagement and conversion rates • Create sales cadence content, including email messaging and contact strategies, to support agent-led selling • Influence and evangelize outbound marketing strategy across the QuickBooks ecosystem • Use data, segmentation, and targeting to deliver personalized, customer-first experiences • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a high-expectation, high-impact environment What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with 1–2 years focused on outbound or sales-led marketing • Proven experience working directly with Sales teams and supporting revenue-driving initiatives • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution • Experience influencing sales performance through marketing programs • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, tight timelines, and diverse stakeholder personalities • Customer-obsessed mindset with a bias toward action and ownership Tools & Technology • Salesforce, Outreach.io, Eloqua, or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms Education • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field • *Apply right away for consideration**
