As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts • Serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador, representing Hilton Grand Vacations. • Act as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience. • Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests. • Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits • Greet and present to prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales presentation in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, while meeting performance goals. • Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
