Sales & Marketing Representative

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, creative and live within Central Florida. In this inbound/outbound sales and marketing position, you will develop content and marketing strategies in order to build client relationships that convert into sales. This position requires experience in direct client selling (via phone/ email/in-person), creation and execution of marketing campaigns as well as social media marketing strategies. Requirements: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products as well as have experience with content creation software (sample design work will be requested) • Advanced time management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Detailed oriented, accuracy is a must • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player, enthusiastic and positive • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken; Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus • Ability to lift 50 pounds as required without assistance • Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends as deadlines or client circumstance require • Ability to work well in a high-pressure, demanding environment • Acceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate a motor vehicle • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • Adaptable to change (job responsibilities may change over time in order to meet market demands) Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in sales with proven track record of increasing revenue Previous experience in marketing or advertisement
