In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive lead generation, effective client relationship management, and consistent achievement of sales goals. Additionally, the representative takes ownership of their responsibilities, meets ERP completion goals, participates in ongoing professional development, and adheres to all company safety and compliance standards. Strong ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, maintain accurate contact lists, and meet sales and ERP completion targets. Experience in client relationship management, including in-person sales, phone and email communications, and delivering presentations. Acceptance and compliance with the Company’s employment policies and guidelines as stated in the Employee Handbook.
