Sales, Marketing & Resource Development Director

Writes sales and marketing plans to achieve quantifiable occupancy objectives. Analyzes enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) database for prospective leads and referral sources on a regular basis. Secures new donors and renews and encourages gift size increase for current donors with the goal of acquiring major and planned gifts. Plans and implements stewardship/cultivation events. Ability and willingness to speak in front of small groups of people; ability and willingness to engage in one-on- one conversations with residents and prospective residents on a regular basis; ability and willingness to manage multiple projects at the same time; basic typing skills.
