Job Title: Sales & Marketing - Social Content Specialist Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid? ): Position is 100% remote, BUT looking for someone local to either Chicago, IL or Greater NY Metro area. Social Content Specialist Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for social media and storytelling? Content Creation (90%) Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Design static graphics and edit short-form videos using brand guidelines and current trends Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs Community Management (10%) Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams Qualifications 2+ years of experience in social media content creation Experience in community management is a plus Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
