Sales Marketing Specialist

We need someone who understands how to build relationships through social media, create meaningful engagement with our audience, and help tell the stories of the growers we work with. One thing that makes our company unique is that everyone spends time in the field with our installation team. Working alongside Stephanie, Tyler, Spencer, and Jarrid gives new team members a firsthand understanding of the hard work that goes into every project and the importance of the relationships we build with our growers. Manage and create content for the company's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Develop and publish content highlighting completed projects, customer success stories, product features, and educational resources with growers and the Nifty Hoops team.Coordinate with installation crews and project teams to gather photos and video content from active job sites.Travel periodically to customer locations and project sites to capture marketing content and document completed installations.Communicate with growers and customers to obtain permissions for the use of project photos, videos, and testimonials.Create short-form and long-form content including social media posts, reels, project spotlights, and educational videos.Assist with lead generation campaigns, email marketing, and promotional initiatives.Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries and comments.Qualifications Experience creating photo and video content is a must!Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, agriculture, construction, or a related field is preferred.Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and managing a high volume of inbound leads.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and conferencesSuccess in This Role
