Sales & Customer Development

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through websites, social media, online marketplaces, email, and telephone.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Prepare and provide accurate pricing, availability, delivery information, and sales quotes.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers to develop leads and close sales.
Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Track leads, opportunities, quotes, and completed sales.
Develop repeat business and referral opportunities.
Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.

Online Advertising & Marketing

Create, post, and manage online listings.
Develop compelling advertisements using photographs, product descriptions, pricing, and key selling points.
Assist with advertising through social media, online marketplaces, websites, and other digital platforms.
Monitor advertising performance and make adjustments to improve lead generation.
Keep online product listings current, accurate, and visually appealing.
Coordinate with management regarding promotional campaigns, special pricing, and inventory availability.

Training and Promotional Materials Provided

We provide full training on the marketing program by industry experts with years of experience.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
