As a Sales Performance Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth. Your Role • Establish and nurture relationships with senior leadership at independent advertising agencies • Collaborate with client services and trading teams to cultivate and grow accounts • Communicate the value of our media buying platform through product demonstrations • Participate in product road mapping discussions to address client needs • Lead RFP responses and new business opportunities • Prospect and negotiate net new MSAs and spend endeavors • Coordinate global account discussions with go-to-market counterparts • Work closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to optimize efforts aligned with company goals Your Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 3-6+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in programmatic sales • Experience working with online publishers, ad networks, exchanges, servers, SEM platforms, DSPs, or other online advertising roles • Existing relationships with decision-makers at independent agencies • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability • Self-starter with a proven ability to tackle new clients or territories • Agile learner who can rapidly grasp new technology and product changes • Able to travel 1-2x per month, including overnight trips • Strong experience prospecting new accounts • Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple partners • Comfortable working with various teams inside the organization to collaborate and grow accounts • Established record of exceeding revenue expectations Benefits
