NeedAWebNow is a Miami-based digital marketing and web development agency working with local businesses across South Florida — websites, hosting, online marketing, and AI-driven tools. We're growing and looking to build out our sales team in our Orlando office.
The role
We're looking for a Sales Person / Account Manager to help grow and manage our client base in Orlando. You'll be the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients — identifying new business, closing deals, and making sure our clients get real value from what we build for them.
What we're looking for
Proven track record in sales, ideally in online/digital marketing or at an advertising agency
Comfortable owning the full client relationship — from first conversation to ongoing account management
Strong communication skills, both written and in-person/phone
Self-motivated — able to work independently in a hybrid setup
Entry-level welcome — we care more about drive and a real track record than years of experience
