Your role as an Independent Business Relations Consultant is to educate our business owners on what we do, invite them to apply for Accreditation, and help them to understand the value of aligning with our mission of advancing marketplace trust, while making sure that they're the type of company who believes in what we do and will uphold our standards. Who are we looking for? Having phone or sales experience is helpful but not a must. What is more important is that you are a natural conversationalist and have some experience in a customer service type environment.
