Summary: The Sales representative is the principal point of contact between Apex 365 Workforce Solutions and its clients. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and sales methods. Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills: • Excellent customer service • Able to meeting or exceeding sales goals • Talented in closing • Territory management • Prospecting skills • Must have impeccable negotiation • Must be self- confidence • Must be able to develop product/services knowledge • Must possess skills in developing presentation • Able to build client relationships • Must be motivation to sell and close • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to function and communicate well with all levels of staff members and clients Education, and Experience Requirements: • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred • Five to seven years of industry sales experience • Must be computer literate. • Hours 9:00am – 6:00pm • This will be a remote position (6 -9 months) with a future transition to an office location in the city of Carlsbad.
