Job Description: Sales Representative – Missy Dress Division Status: Exempt Supervisor: Company President & Executive VP Responsibilities: Develop a business plan comprised of expanding account base and meeting projected sales goals in line with the market potential. Partner with Design/Merchandising teams to drive product newness curated towards the different tiers of accounts currently under distribution. Leverage the company’s pricing advantage as a factory-direct operator to value-add quality product that supersedes what is currently offered by direct competitors. Pioneer new opportunities with major retail accounts. Ensure design efficiencies by managing design creation and purchases.
