Recon helps specialized businesses make complex offerings clear to the right buyers. We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can start meaningful conversations, build relationships and turn interest into qualified appointments for our team.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Research and identify businesses that fit Recon’s services.
Reach prospective clients through calls, email, networking and in-person outreach.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
Set qualified appointments for our leadership team and provide clear handoffs.
Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations and next steps.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to strengthen outreach and meet agreed performance goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in sales, prospecting, appointment setting or a related customer-facing role.
Clear communication and confidence starting conversations.
Curiosity about businesses and what drives their growth.
Strong organization, dependable follow-through and the ability to work independently.
Ownership of your work and openness to coaching and feedback.
Marketing or CRM experience is a plus.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a full-time hybrid position serving Southeast Idaho, combining in-office collaboration in Idaho Falls, remote work, and in-person prospecting and networking. Some travel is required, with work-related travel expenses paid by Recon.

COMPENSATION AND OPPORTUNITY

$26,000 annual base salary plus commission.
