Job Responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns to current and prospective clients. This includes approaching existing and new advertiser clients, structuring advertising packages, handling internal responsibilities, communicating with internal leadership, collaborating with colleagues, and liaising with Account Executives in other markets. You will also participate in the Adams Onboarding Program, which includes Introduction to AOA's Best Practices, participation in AOA's firmwide 'Lunch and Learn' program, assignment of a senior Mentor, and significant exposure to leadership in the Winston-Salem market. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient with computer software and technology, and have a good working knowledge of marketing research. A Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience is preferred.
