Position Summary

As a Sales Representative & Marketer, you will drive sales of custom branded products, such as keychains, lanyards, and tie-downs, or any branding gear we make.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals, targeting decision-makers like General Managers or Marketing Directors.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service and rapport-building.
Conduct tailored product demonstrations, emphasizing ROI and addressing objections.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, upselling high-margin products to maximize commissions.
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive wholesale orders and long-term partnerships.
Manage digital campaigns focused on our customization capabilities, including dye-sublimation and industrial-inspired designs.

Qualifications and Requirements

To ensure a strong fit, candidates must have:

Basic spreadsheet skills for pipeline tracking (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with expertise in objection handling and rapport-building.
Any experience in sales and not just customer service is a plus but not required.
Efficient working on a computer and over the phone.
Highly self-motivated, and very positive.
A person of high integrity.
marketing experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or promotional products.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, and social media platforms).
Self-driven with a passion for American-made quality and industrial-grade products.
