Manufacturer & Worldwide distributor of Sportube luggage and Wildsyde Electric Bikes is looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist An office based position, this person needs to be honest and trustworthy, enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented and organized. Attention to detail is imperative, with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within time constraints. Duties include but not limited to: communicating with both wholesale customers and consumers by phone and email, data entry of purchase orders and invoices, coordination of paperwork with a distribution warehouse, daily picking and shipping of accessory items. Candidate will possess the ability to work either individually or as a team in a small office environment. You will be a Jack of all Trades, a problem solver and be able to effectively operate in multiple sectors of the business.
