Daily communications with corporate and retail clients on product inquiry, inventory status, order tracking and fulfillment; make sure customers of both walk-in and call-in receive clear information on new products and existing products; and any special promotion activities Processing of daily customer orders; arrange shipment and oversee order fulfillment with warehouse to make sure all orders are prepared and shipped safely, accurately, and in a timely manner; Regularly contact potential customer list, to introduce the company, product lines, promote inventory, and display programs; invite customer to our showroom or visit them; Maintain and organize corporate showroom; work with warehouse to arrange displays and samples to support both inside and outside sales teams; Communicate with warehouse and accounting to conduct monthly physical inventory; make sure to have a correct and up-to-date inventory list for customers; inspect in-coming shipments, while generating reports on quality, quantity, package, damages, packing list, colors, as well as suggestions Prepare customer needed information including: price and data sheets, product pictures and literature, and product samples. Participate in monthly sales promotional plan and assist with monthly advertising information Coordinate and participate in annual trade show planning and implementation; Generate monthly sales report using QuickBooks including sales analysis, forecasting and inventory control, promotional inventory; and new inventory sku management Other sales and administrative duties. Answering phones, greeting guests, filing paperwork, scanning, etc. Communications (in person/phone/email), ability to multitask, need to be able to act on feet.
