Sales Team Leader

Opportunity Opening for a motivated salesperson to sell portable garden sheds, backyard offices, she-sheds, man-caves, and tiny home shells in the Snohomish County area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, manning a sales/display lot show-casing our buildings, following up with leads, and performing site visits to ensure delivery is possible for prospective buyers. Heritage Portable Buildings is a small, local, family-owned business intent on providing the highest quality buildings with top-notch custoer service. This is a self-employed position and you will need to provide a Business License number to Heritage. Some requirements include: \\- The ability to communicate to customers and team members with a positive, helpful attitude \\- Driver’s License and dependable transportation \\- Ability to use various social media platforms for advertising \\- A willingness to learn about our product, how to use our sales processing software, etc \\- Fill out a DISC or Personality Assessment Test \\- Knowledge of building/construction is a plus As Heritage continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to recruit additional sales team members for your team.
