Sales Trainee - AT&T

Supernova Marketing is hiring Sales Trainees to represent AT&T products and services inside major retail locations. No previous sales experience is required. We’ll help you learn the products, build confidence, and develop the skills to turn customer conversations into sales.

What You’ll Do

Approach shoppers and start conversations about AT&T products and services
Ask questions to understand customers’ needs
Explain available plans, products, and promotions
Help customers complete the sales and enrollment process
Work toward sales goals with coaching and support from your team
Participate in paid training and team meetings

Compensation

$18.21-$22.00/hour guaranteed minimum or earned commissions, whichever is higher
Uncapped commission

Schedule & Work Location

This is a full-time, in-person position. Employees may be scheduled up to five days per week, and weekend availability is required.

Employees work inside major retail locations throughout the Santa Rosa area and attend designated training and team meetings.

You will be employed by Supernova Marketing Inc., representing AT&T products and services. This is face-to-face retail sales—not remote, door-to-door, or call-center work.
