Overview

Leading Retail Media organization seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to drive platform initiatives across Salesforce, Order Management, campaign management, reporting, and workflow optimization. This role is focused on product ownership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery, not Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce product roadmap, priorities, and enhancements.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.Lead Agile delivery across business, product, and technology teams.Drive workflow optimization, reporting improvements, and platform adoption.Support Marketing Cloud implementation and future Salesforce rollouts.Partner with Salesforce Admins, developers, and implementation partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Program Manager supporting Salesforce platforms.Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience.Experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, workflows, and business process optimization.Ability to bridge business needs and technical teams.

Preferred

Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising experience.Experience with campaign management and order management workflows.Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Advendio experience.Salesforce certifications are a plus.
