Our recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the attraction and hiring of the best possible talent to meet our company’s needs. **Use your recruiting and sales experience to build a career with the NorthStar Group. ** We're looking for an experienced recruiter that's a motivated, driven person who exudes excellence and wants to make an impact through the work they do. **The role requires:** * A BA/BS or the equivalent of experience and exceptional ability * Minimum of 6 months of any of the following: recruiting (agency or in-house), HR, sales or other transferable experience * Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion – balancing efficiency with quality * Excellent communication skills – written and verbal * Technical savvy – experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and online advertising sites * Passion for providing exceptional service * Resourceful, self-starter who is both highly motivated and coachable * Knowledge of collegiate and corporate recruiting * Demonstrate a high sense of urgency, self-management, ability to establish priorities, and work in both independent/team environments * High-level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to process high volumes of information and documentation with accuracy * Ability to utilize creative sourcing techniques to include network organizations, job boards, cold calling, referrals etc. We will discuss during the interview process.
