Spa Manager The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, coaching, inspiring and leading the team, and ensuring continued exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the management team, the Manager evaluates and monitors the facility, treatments, and sanitation standards. Maintaining the team schedule, planning special events, attracting and hiring new staff, and running the guest service desk are included in this position. An in-depth understanding of the services and treatments is needed. The Manager will help create new growth throughout the salon and spa.
