The Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of paid media campaigns for the US; driving effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation throughout our National and Local media plans. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Advertising Media and is based in Santa Monica, CA.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:MEDIA STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENTDevelop integrated media strategy for advertising campaigns working closely with agency partners (including: Media Strategy/Planning/Buying, TV, CTV, Digital/Programmatic, Social, Search, OOH, Retail Media Networks) to deliver insightful/effective/efficient plans that deliver on our brand and campaign objectives.Responsible for day-to-day campaigns including media optimizations, budget management, and performance monitoring.Work cross-functionally to ensure integration of Paid, Owned, and Earned media.Ensure agencies develop insightful, comprehensive post-campaign analyses and learnings are applied to future campaigns as real-time as possible.BUDGET MANAGEMENTSupport the Sr. Manager in developing both Media Partner & Retail Media Network joint business partnership plans annually.MEDIA TRAINING & EDUCATIONHelp develop the in-team expertise across all new media channels, including: retail media network, programmatic, social, search, and addressable TV, including developing Programmatic DOOH and Radio.Provide thought leadership and education to ensure internal Advertising and Brand teams are consistently at the forefront of the ever-evolving media landscape.Create and facilitate relevant Media trainings as needed.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:6+ years of experience in Media/Advertising.Consumer or lifestyle brand advertising experience.Strong understanding of all media channels and integrated media planning throughout the funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Loyalty).Ability to analyze and extract key insights from data and leverage those insights to strengthen future plans.Excellent media partner/vendor management skills.Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict/demanding deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with agency partners.This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.The base salary range for this position is $85,360 to $128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
