Who You Are: • You have a BS in Software Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 3+ years of programming experience in an Object-Oriented Programming language, preferably C# • Experience with NoSQL distributed databases such as ScyllaDB or Cassandra is a plus but not required • You have a strong foundation in Computer Science, with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques • You are committed to quality-first development, incorporating automated testing, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation into your workflow • You are passionate about shipping high-performance, reliable, and efficient code in a fast-paced environment • You take ownership of your work and proactively drive initiatives forward • You thrive on solving complex problems, fixing issues, and bringing creative technical solutions to life—because coding is your passion, not just a skill • You are a strong communicator and a collaborative team player, eager to work cross-functionally and efficiently with others All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising encouraging discovery, innovation and choice in an open internet.
