Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential leads within target marketsProactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage themQualify leads by assessing their needs and determining fit for our marketing servicesSchedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospectsMaintain a well-organized and updated database of prospects and activities in our CRM systemCollaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with sales initiativesStay informed about industry trends, competition, and our services to effectively communicate with prospectsProvide feedback and insights to improve the lead generation process and sales strategies
Requirements
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or marketing roles is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clientsStrong research and analytical skills to identify leads and evaluate opportunitiesProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsSelf-motivated, highly organized, and target-orientedAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
