Main Duties and Responsibilities • Lead applicable Client relationship(s) on behalf of Search team (25%) • Develop Paid Search strategy and testing methodology and roadmap for client(s) (20%) • Manage subset of Search team across multiple clients, establishing/refining processes for creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, Bing, and other search engines (25%) • Contribute to larger team training and learning agenda, leading cross-learning sessions among manager-level team members and below (15%) • Manage daily relationships with key search engine teams and set expectations of client and internal teams (5%) • Provide support on new business initiatives In this position, you will directly manage Supervisors, Managers, and Analyst-level team members.
