Benefits & Extras: • Bonus potential based on individual and company performance (up to $2,500) • Work in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment • Opportunities to drive impactful marketing strategies with measurable results Compensation: $85-$90K plus bonus eligibility What You’ll Be Doing: • Develop and implement effective search ad strategies on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google LSAs • Oversee all aspects of search ad campaigns, including bid strategies, keyword research, ad copy creation, conversion management, and performance tracking • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS • Manage and allocate budgets across various search platforms to maximize ROI • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate search ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio What You’ll Need to be Considered: • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in managing search ad campaigns • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing search ads with measurable results • Mastery of tools and platforms used for search advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Exceptional time-management capabilities and succinct communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team
