Search Marketing Lead / Director

We’re hiring a Search Marketing Lead to guide and execute search marketing campaigns for our clients as a player coach who is hands-on in expertise-driven aspects of campaigns while delegating more granular tasks to team members. • Researching opportunities for increased visibility and engagement in SERPs and LLMs that support a client’s quantified business goal in the following ways: • Identifying qualified search topics, keywords, and intents that a client can realistically rank for in paid and organic positions with long-term search campaign execution. • Note: As a search marketing agency, we encounter differing opinions on the rise of AI in SEO constantly—and have some opinions of our own. • Collaborating to improve VOLTAGE’s services and processes to deliver higher-performing campaigns for—and positive relationships with—current and prospective clients. This role oversees both channels, with the ability to delegate specific tasks as needed.
