The SEM Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy, creation, and optimization of our paid search accounts. What you will do: • Creating and managing a book of paid search campaigns (PPC, Display, Mobile, Microsoft, Google Ads) across a variety of industries and utilizing various internal web-based systems • Analyzing campaign performance using a variety of programs including Google Analytics and Adtaxi's proprietary tools • Keyword research and expansion, ad copy creation, competitive benchmarking, bid management and budget pacing of accounts • Provide proactive and strategic campaign recommendations on a regular basis • Implementing advanced campaign additions including Pmax, dynamic remarketing, YouTube advertising, shopping campaigns, advanced bidding strategies and Conversion Tracking • Work closely with other departments in the company and vendors to ensure a successful campaign and holistic experience for our clients • QA campaigns before launching • Assess landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns • Create campaign reports • Monitoring of new trends in Search and making recommendations to client-facing staff What you will bring: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Analytics certification preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools • Ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization • Prior experience with PPC and SEO management platforms • Proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative skills • Agency experience or experience working with multiple direct response advertiser accounts • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, and experience with tag managers is a plus This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance.
