This position requires employee to reside in real estate unit until vacancy is filled. The real estate units are located throughout southern California. Compensation is commission based. Requirements \- At least 2 year of real estate leasing experience preferred \- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate \- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel & other software as required \- Must be Detail Oriented \- Excellent problem-solving skills \- Ability to work independently \- Must have excellent Communication \- Above and beyond Customer Service skills Responsibilities: \- Advertising vacancies \- Screening applicants \- Applicant interviews \- Property Tours \- Lease Documentation Duties \- Customer Service \- And other duties as required by employer
