Seeking experienced eCommerce Manager to take lead

The Merch Collective seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to take lead on approximately 15 online stores, develop and execute strategic online marketing plans, and must stay current with the online marketing environment and adapt strategies to best serve the interests of clients and business. Candidate must have an understanding of the customer experience from landing page through checkout on multiple platforms including but not limited to tablet and mobile. The new hire works directly with our Customer Care Team to address needs of our customers, so problem solving is an essential must-have tool at the ready. Work Summary • Take lead / Manage 15 – 20 eCommerce Stores • Work alongside General Manager to ensure eCommerce Department runs efficiently • Work closely with Artist Relations team to optimize quality and expectations • Work cooperatively with Art Director on assets for promotional campaigns • Join GM on two weekly Warehouse Calls to review priorities on said accounts • Each week, alert GM of new releases requiring Nielsen / SoundScan Reporting • Item Set-up & Maintenance in Shopify • Follow SOP for Item SKUing • Inventory Receiving Documentation, PO Creation in WMS (ShipHero) Required • Provide Weekly Sales & Inventory Reporting • Liase with Customer Care Team on weekly promotions • Serve as resource for Customer Care team and spearhead escalations • Present new marketing and product ideas to Artist Relations • Implement eCommerce Promotional & Advertising Campaigns in tandem with Artist Relations team • Document projects & status in internal tracking system • Familiarity with DropBox, Slack, GSuite, Monday.com a plus but not required; will be trained Skills Required Shopify familiarity GSuite familiarity Openness to training on new software including ShipHero if not already familiar Teamwork / ability to work with co-workers in remote locations & offices Required Experience 3 years as eCommerce Manager or similar Required Education Bachelor's Degree preferred To Apply Submit resume & cover letter
