As a community manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the owner’s best interest in all areas of managing the community. Must be computer literate (use of smart phone preferred) o Follow comprehensive schedule detailing duties of maintenance team daily, weekly, monthly tasks to ensure that they are being maintained according to company policy. o Advertise and Market all homes according to company policy o Complete all required sale and move in documentation according to company policy
