As a community manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the owner’s best interest in all areas of managing the day to day responsibilities within the community. Must be computer and smartphone literate Bi-lingual a plus, but not required o Maintain and collect as needed proper verification of vendors including liability or workman’s comp, W-9 forms, approved bids or contracts etc. If you do not follow these instructions and provide all of the above you will not be considered for this position.
