As a community manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the owner’s best interest in all areas of managing the day to day responsibilities within the community. The ideal candidate must also be familiar with and be able to perform light handyman work as needed throughout the community and in mobile homes in the park, and possess an attitude of self-motivation. o Maintain and collect as needed proper verification of vendors including liability or workman’s comp, W-9 forms, approved bids or contracts etc. o Ensure streets, dumpster areas and landscaped areas are maintained and free of liability concerns If you do not follow these instructions and provide all of the above you will not be considered for this position.
