We are hiring a Coordinator, Social Marke4ting and Digital Communications If interested, please apply here: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=36478&clientkey;=1E1663841695A75F78FFCE49D06C0FA7 Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan As a core member of the Development team, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will help develop, drive and implement digital marketing initiatives that elevate the agency’s profile and underscore its position as the preeminent service provider in Los Angeles solving homelessness; build brand awareness; diversify/expand audience; increase engagement with social media audiences; inspire advocacy and policy change; and build support for The People Concern. QUALIFICATIONS \\- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred \\- One year experience working in digital communications, marketing, advertising or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience \\- Not for profit experience, preferred \\- Ability to design compelling materials in Adobe Creative Suite, preferred \\- Proficiency with WordPress, preferred \\- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; social media management tools; website management platforms; and e-mail management software \\- Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills \\- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and work independently \\- Ability to multitask and proactively manage multiple projects at once. \\- Experience collaborating with a broad- range of stakeholders to complete projects \\- Interest in the social services field and passion for ending homelessness and domestic violence \\- Valid CA Driver’s license, reliable car, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record The People Concern is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to non- discrimination in employment.
