Every day, hundreds of people comment on with Betabrand’s social site and advertisements, many of whom are high-intent customers or customer prospects. The goal of this role is to rapidly and enthusiastically interact with these people, guiding them to products and Web pages that help them purchase or participate on our Website. Through this interaction, social media coordinators will gain key marketing, product, or e-commerce insights to share throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people discover the right products and for unlocking insights that drive meaningful value for the business. Understand the “voice” of Betabrand and use that voice to engage in positive online interaction with customers, pointing them in the right direction to find the products that fit their needs.
