Segement Marketing Associate

As a Segment Marketing Associate, you will support our Small Group (0–5 MDs) and Group (6–275 MDs) prospect segments by contributing to targeted marketing programs that pull prospects into market and support pipeline growth. Working alongside Segment Sales and cross-functional marketing partners, you’ll help bring integrated campaigns to market in a fast moving, competitive healthcare environment. Expected Education, Experience, And Desired Skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field • 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business marketing • Proven experience working with sales teams is desirable • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Manages time and priorities effectively • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills • Possesses a natural curiosity to learn • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, , and Salesforce Expected Compensation • In addition to our traditional benefits and perks, we sponsor events throughout the year, including book clubs, external speakers, and hackathons.
