Self Storage Resident Manager

• General management of the office, including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day, keeping and balancing petty cash, making bank deposits per company policy and preparing and submitting reports as required. • Other responsibilities as assigned and per company policy. Part of each day may be spent outdoors maintaining the property using necessary tools it takes to clean storage units, the bathrooms, the office, and the grounds of the property using the necessary tools. • Ability to work with little to no supervision. Work schedule will be 40 hours a week, with Sunday's off and one other day during the week.
