Selling Branch Manager

Expected business development activities will include: • Prospect for new business in Bozeman market area, which includes Three Forks, Belgrade, Livingston, Big Sky, and West Yellowstone • Work with Marketing Department and VP of Sales to establish new marketing and sales initiatives • Use existing database of companies to build your sales pipeline • Visit current clients for the purpose of Account Development to maximize sales • Manage all new business inquiries and follow up on leads to set sales meetings • Attend community events, making the most of networking opportunities • Update and manage database Expected recruiting activities will include: • Design, implement, facilitate and inspire motivation for annual and on-going recruiting program • Supervise and coordinate activities to attract and retain top quality candidates for clients • Establish and maintain network of local and area contacts to maintain steady flow of candidates • Participate in trade shows or career fairs benefiting LC Staffing • Implement and participate in direct or on-site recruiting activities as needed
