Senior Account Coordinator / Junior Account Manager

Role Description This role is ideal for an experienced Account Coordinator ready to step up or an established agency professional looking to take on more responsibility in client management. Qualifications • Mandatory: Previous experience working for a marketing, advertising or creative agency • 2–4 years of relevant account service experience • Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills • Solid understanding of project timelines, budgets and production workflows • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools such as Bonsai or Asana preferred • Positive attitude with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field preferred • Must reside in Southwest Florida (Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero or Fort Myers) with ability to attend regular in-person meetings at Venture X Naples If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service and creative collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
