Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships, drive digital marketing execution, and keep programs moving with clarity, urgency, and strong communication. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with our internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, analytics, and leadership) to deliver great work and a great client experience. Who You Are Required / Preferred: • 5+ years experience preferred in a client-facing role in a digital agency or similar environment • Proven experience managing multiple clients and concurrent projects • Working knowledge of SEO and PPC, common KPIs, and the broader digital marketing landscape • Experience managing or supporting budgets, pacing, and reporting for marketing programs • Strong project management skills (process, timelines, task ownership, meeting cadence) • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred) Benefits & Perks • Full-time salaried position • 401(k) with match • Health insurance + dental and vision • 3 weeks PTO • Summer Fridays (wrap at 1) • Hybrid work model • Career advancement and ongoing development
