You'll carry your own book of business, manage 1 to 2 Growth Specialists direct reports, and build the systems, standards, and client relationships that define how the team operates. You drive retention, upsell, and measurable business outcomes across every engagement. 5+ years of account management in a digital marketing or full-service agency environmentDemonstrated experience managing multi-service retainer portfolios across multiple verticalsComfort working with owner-operators and executive stakeholders who expect direct, data-backed communicationBonus if you've worked with clients who are members of peer groups, buying groups, franchise networks, or business coaching programs.
