What You Will DoOwn the client relationship for your book of engagements, including status calls, reporting, and escalationsOwn project timelines, deliverables, and budgets end to endTranslate strategy into executable plans and hold the team to themCoordinate designers, developers, videographers, and strategists to hit deadlinesRun our project management system in ClickUp and keep it accurate enough to make decisions fromScope new work, flag scope creep early, and protect engagement profitabilityIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and bring them forwardBuild and improve internal processes as we growPrepare client-facing reporting and pull performance data from Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and Search ConsoleSupport new client onboarding from kickoff through first deliverables What We Are Looking For4+ years in account management or project management on the agency sideProven track record owning multiple client relationships at once, not just their timelinesComfort in the room with business owners and executives, not just marketing coordinatorsStrong working knowledge of digital marketing: paid media, SEO, web development, content, and analyticsComfort with project management software (ClickUp preferred) and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication, especially the ability to explain marketing work to non-marketersGenuinely organized, not just detail-oriented on a resumeWilling to be in the office in downtown Chattanooga Nice to HaveExperience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Google Ads, or Meta Business SuiteBackground in content production or video project managementFamiliarity with EOS or a similar operating system Compensation and Benefits$70,000 to $80,000 base, depending on experience$300 per month toward the individual health plan of your choicePerformance bonus structurePaid time off and paid holidaysOffice closed between Christmas and New Year, on top of your PTODowntown Chattanooga office with a small, senior team and direct access to leadership How to ApplySend your resume and a short note about the most complicated client engagement you have personally owned.
