Are you at a marketing or advertising agency and looking for work that is socially conscious? Or have you worked in research or community-based organizations and want to experience campaign development? And, given MORE’s values and portfolio, the candidate must have a passion for social justice and racial equity. • Manages research assignments to inform project/campaign development, including management of focus groups, online discussion boards, and survey development with our research partners; and can incorporate qualitative and quantitative data findings into our work • Supports the development of paid media plans and other outreach efforts with assistance from the Account Director, Digital team, and media planner partners • Integrates an equity lens into our projects, understanding privilege, power, and the systems that perpetuate injustices to the audiences we serve • Creates estimates, manages budgets, collaborates on timelines, and mitigates problems as they arise with the support of the Account Director and Project Manager • Participates in virtual and in-person community events and networking opportunities to represent the agency, as requested • Stays abreast of marketing and advertising trends, as well as client-related content, and brings those learnings back to MORE and clients alike Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5-8 years of experience in communications, public health, marketing, social marketing, research, advertising, and/or public relations • Master’s degree, agency experience, and/or public health and health communications experience is preferred • Demonstrated interest in social issues through professional or volunteer work experience, community engagement, board positions, etc.
