We are on the lookout for a Maine-based Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing account team. The Senior Account manager is responsible for building strong relationships with the client, managing campaign development & in-person promotional events, executing on all aspects of each program to conclusion, and generating reporting and business analytics to gauge the success of agency efforts. At Rinck, we have an effective and efficient Account Manager / Project Manager (AM/PM) model for the agency that develops a strong partnership so that internal work flow is cohesive to client expectations and goals. What You'll Do: • Act as first point of contact for the client, regularly responds to clients’ questions and inquiries; promptly addresses client requests and concerns • Assist in shaping and developing the client’s marketing plans, ensuring alignment with their goals • Work closely with project manager to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives through an integrated delivery model • Develop project SOWs based on approved marketing plan • Lead internal project kickoff meetings in partnership with Director of Client Strategy, setting the tone for successful collaboration • Be responsible for creatively shaping solutions and accurately scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase • Identify out of scope requests, manages expectations with client and prepares change order with PM assistance if additional requests will be added to the scope of the project • Generate new ideas and opportunities for client outreach for growth and engagement • Verify accuracy of the Project Manager’s billing worksheet and works with the accounting department to create out the door billing • Uphold Rinck’s values by exhibiting them every day: Respect, Integrity, Courage and Empathy • Other duties as assigned You possess: • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with professionalism • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients effectively • A resourceful approach to managing both people and projects, ensuring optimal outcomes • Conflict Resolution – Ability to deal with others in difficult and sometimes antagonistic situations.
