Senior Account Manager, Advertising Agency

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Independently oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact • Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, digital team and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction • Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies • Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement • Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback Requirements • 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field • Experience in senior living marketing is a plus • Proven success managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Expert in managing a multi-disciplined team • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment • Proficient in a Mac-based environment, Google Suite, Zoom • Expertise in project management software and tools (Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc.) FIVE19 is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all and investing in our people with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package: • Medical, dental and vision insurance • Employee assistance program (EAP) • PTO and sick leave, in addition to 8 paid Agency holidays • 401(k) retirement plan, with company contributions • Profit sharing plan • Pet Insurance • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • Life insurance
