Essential Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Independently oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contactCollaborate with the creative team, marketing department, digital team and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are metDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfactionParticipate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategiesMonitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvementOversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaignsConduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agencyBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fieldExperience in senior living marketing is a plusProven success managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExpert in managing a multi-disciplined teamExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environmentProficient in a Mac-based environment, Google Suite, ZoomExpertise in project management software and tools (Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc.
