They are responsible for leading the day to day management of the account including: creating plans to meet sales and profitability targets, managing buyer communication, promotional planning and execution, resolving operational challenges and identifying opportunities to further build the account.They are also involved in planning and executing long term strategic initiatives and leading efforts internally to ensure cross functional teams have the information they need to support the account. This position reports to the Director, Amazon & Marketplace Accounts as a part of the Channel Sales team.Essential job functions:Deliver financial plans, analyzing business to offer insights, recommendations and action plans to support achievement of revenue and profit growth targets.Align business plans, including strategic pricing agreements, marketing plans, category management, innovation, and promotional activity with partners.Maintain and build strong relationships with the buying and advertising teams of channel partners.Manage new item set up and consumer experience following best in class examples (i.e. set up sheets, above and below the fold content, videos, reviews, etc. ).Track competition, category trends and other retail sites, to implement growth strategies.Manage marketing/advertising activities working with media, marketing and/or advertising teams of partners to build and launch successful sales programs.Collaborate with cross-functional partners within the Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing, Supply Chain and other Simple Tire functions.Lead meetings both internally and externallyDevelop monthly sales and demand forecasts.Other Duties as assignedBase Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000/annuallyQualifications2+ Years of Walmart, Club or Amazon direct fulfillment account management experienceDegree Minimum: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related fieldAuto experience highly preferredMust have experience with the following: Retail Link, Item 360 and/or Vendor CentralComputer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)General knowledge of P&L StatementsA demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goalsA skilled negotiatorStrong understanding of business practicesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredFunctional/Technical ExpertiseEffective communication downward and upward both orally and in writingJudgment & Decision MakingSelf - ManagementDelivers ResultsManagerial CourageGlobal Business AcumenWorking Conditions and Physical EffortAbility to sit for long periods of time.Talking through the computer for many meetings and one-to-one conversationsContinuous viewing of a computer monitor and data entry.Travel as necessary (
